Avenger also crowned ‘Best Urban EV’ of 2023 by AutoEV
Andrew Walker, Editor at Company Car and Van, said: “The Jeep Avenger adds a bit of sparkle to the small electric car sector and runs off with our Small Electric Car of the Year Award. It’s cute looks make it stand out from everything else in the class, whilst the clutter-free interior is nicely laid out. It is fitted with the latest Stellantis 54kWh battery, which means a decent 249-mile range. You’ll also find its road manners endearing and you’ll definitely enjoy driving this small electric off-roader, on the road.”
Bryan McMorran, Editorial Director at AutoEV, said: “The Avenger is a true understanding of the electric SUV for the urban environment, making it the right size of car for its intended market. It also shows that a legacy manufacturer like Jeep can embrace the future of electrification whilst remaining true to their significant heritage.”
Avenger commended for its urban sizing, styling and electric performance
Kris Cholmondeley, Managing Director, Jeep UK, commented: “The new fully electric Jeep Avenger signifies a momentous new chapter for the brand. It’s clear that the model’s compact SUV formula has resonated strongly with the public early on in its life, and we very much look forward to customers experiencing the next generation of fully electrified Jeep SUVs.”
