e.GO Life offered in further variants
The Aachen-based startup e.GO Mobile has updated the configurator for its Life small electric car. Following the e.GO Life First Edition, the e.GO Life 60 is now also available in a different configuration and the e.GO Life 40+ can now also be configured.
In Germany, the latter is available from 23,289 euros or from 16,719 euros in Germany after deduction of the environmental bonus. The e.GO Life 60 costs at least 25,689 euros or 19,119 euros after deduction of the environmental bonus.
At the same time, both engines are currently available in only one configuration each. The Life 40+ is the “Pure” version, the Life 60 the “Urban” version. Although the Pure version has features such as the e.GO infotainment system, seat heating for driver and front passenger and parking sensors at the front and rear, it also has only 15-inch steel wheels and halogen headlights. The Urban version of the Life 60, on the other hand, is strongly reminiscent of the extensive equipment of the First Edition and offers, among other things, LED headlights and 17-inch alloy wheels.
A glance at the configurator shows that some features are not optionally available on the Pure model. For example, it is currently not possible to upgrade the Life 40+ with LED headlights on request. The Anthracite Metallic colour option is also not available here but is available for the Life 60.
In the configurator, however, e.GO Mobile does not specify when the vehicles will be available or delivered. Currently, deliveries of the First Edition are still underway for pre-orderers, and as reported, the company is also undergoing an insolvency protective shielding process.
